Board Roles

A few years ago, when I thought of a board of directors, I thought of a bunch of old blokes in their 60 and 70’s sitting around a boardroom table once a month being ineffective to the real needs of the business.

Today, boards need to comprise of digitally and commercially savvy people, that bring recent and proven hands on experience, and must be able to convert that experience into objective and value adding advice to help oversee and drive positive outcomes for the business.

To the boards I reside, I bring a blend of digital, marketing, commercial, operational and real disruptive experience.
